1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ariessl.com and any services provided by Aries Star Logistics Inc. ("Aries Star," "we," "us," or "our"), a motor carrier holding MC# 1516082 and USDOT# 4020117, headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois.

By accessing the website or submitting a load request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Carrier Services

Aries Star is a federally authorized motor carrier. We are not a freight broker. We never re-broker freight tendered to us. Loads accepted under our authority are transported on our own equipment or by vetted owner-operators operating under our MC.

We provide:

• Hotshot freight using pickup trucks paired with gooseneck flatbed trailers
• Auto transport on open-deck car hauler trailers, typically 1 to 3 vehicles per load

All loads are subject to confirmation of available equipment, lane viability, hours of service, weather, and signed rate confirmation.

3. Load Requests and Form Submissions

Submitting a load request through our website does not create a binding contract. A binding agreement to transport a specific load is formed only upon issuance and acceptance of a signed rate confirmation, broker-carrier agreement, or comparable written instrument between Aries Star and the booking party.

4. Insurance

Aries Star maintains:

• Commercial Auto Liability: $1,000,000
• Cargo Coverage: $250,000

Certificate of Insurance is available on request at no charge. A certificate holder can be added same-day for active loads. Coverage limits, terms, exclusions, and deductibles are governed exclusively by the policies in effect; this site does not modify or expand coverage.

5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are NET 30 from receipt of a clean BOL, signed POD, and rate confirmation. Quick Pay terms are negotiated on a per-load basis. We work with major industry factoring partners; a Notice of Assignment ("NOA") is provided immediately on request.

Detention, layover, TONU, and accessorial charges apply at industry-standard rates unless agreed otherwise on the rate confirmation.

6. Cancellation

If a tendered load is cancelled prior to dispatch, no charges apply. If cancellation occurs after the truck has been dispatched but before pickup, a Truck Order Not Used ("TONU") fee may apply per industry custom. After pickup, cancellation requires written agreement on disposition and any associated charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aries Star's liability for any cargo loss, damage, or delay is governed by the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. §14706) and the cargo policy in effect, subject to all applicable exclusions and limits.

The website and information on it are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of website content.

In no event shall Aries Star be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs of our equipment, and source code — is the property of Aries Star Logistics Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading load information
• Harvest, scrape, or systematically extract data from the site
• Interfere with site security, performance, or other users
• Send unsolicited commercial communications using contact information obtained from the site

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aries Star Logistics Inc., its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the site.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent federal preemption (including the Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act and the Carmack Amendment) does not apply, exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
