1. Program Description

Aries Star Logistics Inc. ("Aries Star," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS notification program for freight brokers, shippers, and other parties who have submitted a load request through ariessl.com or otherwise provided their phone number and given prior express written consent to receive text messages.

3. Types of Messages You Will Receive

Once enrolled, you may receive text messages including:

• Load offers and rate proposals
• Pickup, transit, and delivery dispatch updates
• Photo confirmation receipts at pickup and delivery
• BOL and signed POD digital delivery notifications
• Operational status messages (delays, ETA changes, dock issues)

This is a transactional and operational program. We do not use SMS for unrelated marketing.

Message frequency varies based on the loads you tender, the lanes involved, and active dispatch activity.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. SMS charges are determined by your wireless carrier and your mobile plan. Aries Star is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to receiving or sending these messages.

By checking the SMS consent box on our load request form and submitting your phone number, you give prior express written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. §227 et seq.) and 47 C.F.R. §64.1200 to receive text messages from Aries Star Logistics Inc. at the phone number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service; you may receive our services by phone or email regardless of SMS enrollment.

We retain a record of your consent, including the exact text shown to you, the timestamp of consent, and the IP address of submission, for at least four years as required for TCPA recordkeeping.

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user or account holder of the phone number you provide. By providing your phone number you confirm you have the authority to consent to receive messages at that number.

10. Carrier Disclosure

Supported wireless carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Cellcom, C Spire, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
